48 HOUR NOTICE Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid any fees. 24-48 HOUR NOTICE Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24-48 hours of your scheduled time will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost. SAME DAY NOTICE Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or no shows on the day of your scheduled time will result in a charge of 100% of the total service cost. LATE ARRIVAL If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will be charged the no show fee.
